We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our patients that we are taking all possible measures to ensure we are keeping our staff and patients as safe as possible during this time of uncertainty.

We are monitoring the situation regularly and implementing any changes required in line with government guidance.

We are sanitising all areas and surfaces as much as possible and we have handwash and hand sanitiser available to ensure every patient and staff member is able to clean and disinfect their hands whenever necessary.

You will also see that we have hand sanitiser on the reception desk, and we would ask you please make use of this on arrival and departure at the practice.

We have temporarily removed magazines, books and children’s toys from our waiting room (as these may be handled by many people).

Remember if you have symptoms such as a new continuous cough, high temperature and shortness of breath, or if you have been in a country that is reported as high risk (China, South Korea, Italy and Iran), please call your GP or NHS 24 (111) and ask for advice before attending the practice.
